New Rink Manager Starts as Facility Hits Tenth Season

  • 10th Season for Ice Rink

    The ice rink on Riley Street has gone through many changes over its 10 seasons. It is still an open air rink, but it now features a roof, lodge and better playing surface. The area has also added an outdoor fireplace for guests.

It was a quick job transition at a busy time for Scott More.

At the start of October he finished his eight years as an equipment assistant personnel with the Buffalo Bills, closing that out after traveling to the game in Atlanta. The following week he was at East Aurora’s outdoor ice rink, watching as ice was installed and gearing up for the new ice season that would start on Oct. 16, his first day on the job.
