Home Demolition Could Take Place Early Next Year for Parking Spaces

As the Aurora Town Board works to finalize the architectural drawings on the new town hall for Oakwood Avenue, there are talks that some work could start early next year around the property.

One of the first plans is to demolish the home west of the former fire hall. The home, 559 Oakwood Ave. will be turned into a parking lot with landscaping to block the lot from the homes in the area.
