Village Administrator Marries on Historic Judging Stand Built by Grandfather

Posted: Thursday, August 7, 2008 12:00 am

East Aurora Village Administrator Kimberly D. LaMarche, second from left, exchanges wedding vows last Friday with James Reichert, center, on the judging stand constructed in 1880 by her great-great-grandfather, Philip Logel. Shown here with the couple are, left to right, matron of honor Patricia D. Logel, the bride's mother; best man Adam Reichert, the groom's son; and East Aurora Mayor Clark Crook, who performed the ceremony. It was the first wedding over which Crook has presided since his election earlier this year.
