For the past 12 years, Dennis Sieracki has devoted himself to the Boy Scouts of America. In 2005 he started as a den leader and was promoted to Cubmaster of Pack 514, where he mentored and trained scouts 7 to 11-years-old until 2012. From there he moved on to the role of Scoutmaster of Troop 513 and focused on more specific training for scouts 12 to 18-years-old.

As a hard working quality assurance manager at McGard, he put in at least 45 hours per week while spending at least another 10 hours per week with the scouts. Dennis had his hands full and says he could not have done it without the loving support of his brilliant wife, Pamela, and six assistant scoutmasters “who stepped in when he couldn’t.”
